SAME DAY MORTGAGE LOAN SIGNINGS(Picked up in person or received via Fed-Ex for Emergencies): Notarizing
a single set of loan documents and performing associated duties as a loan signing agent.
SIGNATURE VERIFICATION: $10 per signature Certification that the
signer was positively identified, and signed the document in the Notary's presence.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:$10 per signature Certification that the signer personally
appeared before the Notary, was positively identified, and acknowledged freely signing a previously signed document.
CERTIFICATION:$10 per signature Certification that a photocopy is a
complete and true reproduction of the original document.
JURAT:$10 per signature Certification that the signer personally
appeared before the Notary, was positively identified, took an oath or affirmation, and signed a written statement in the
Notary's presence.
